We are working with a tier one UK main contractor in the UK who have an extensive order book and the capability to deliver the country's most complex projects.
They are seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead and co‑ordinate permanent works design on major infrastructure projects. Reporting to the Project Manager or Senior Design Manager, you'll manage design resources, oversee subcontracted designers, and ensure compliant, cost‑effective and timely delivery of design solutions.
They are looking for someone with the following attributes:
Proven experience in a Design Manager role within infrastructure or construction
Strong knowledge of UK design standards, CDM Regulations and ISO 9001
Ability to lead design teams and manage complex interfaces
The role is based near Norwich and offer a market leading package and extensive career growth opportunities.
