As the chief legal advisor to the executive leadership team, the successful candidate will oversee legal and compliance functions across international operations.
Responsibilities include corporate governance, contract management, risk management, and HR compliance, while leading a small HR team.
The role provides a chance to influence business decisions at a high level and requires a flexible hybrid work environment post-onboarding. The ideal candidate will have a J.D.
from an accredited law school, membership in the New Jersey Bar, and 10-15 years of progressive legal experience, particularly in corporate law and compliance.
Essential skills include expertise in drafting and negotiating contracts, knowledge of employment law, ERISA, and benefit plan administration, and experience in regulatory compliance, particularly OSHA and EEO standards. xihmbke
Additionally, the candidate should have experience in handling international legal operations, risk management, and corporate governance, as well as managing HR professionals and litigation.
