They are looking for an individual with experience in fundraising, philanthropy, or donor stewardship to assist in strengthening the clients fundraising strategy and advancing its strategic grant-making approach.
The role requires a commitment to attending four Board meetings per year, with occasional strategic input needed between meetings.
This is a voluntary, non-remunerated position. The client is a small charity making a significant impact in Ethiopia.
Since its establishment, the client has partnered with local NGOs to implement transformative programs focused on maternal health, education, disability, womens empowerment, and emergency relief.
Their mission is to enhance local capacity and promote enduring, community-led change. The Chair will play a crucial role in guiding the client towards achieving its goals by leveraging their expertise in fundraising and philanthropy. xihmbke
They will contribute to the clients strategic planning and collaborate with other Board members to ensure its initiatives align with the overarching mission of empowering communities in Ethiopia through sustainable development efforts.
