## DescriptionThe Project Manager is responsible for leading complex, technology-driven initiatives across transportation. This role will work cross-functionally with IT, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational goals.**RESPONSIBILITIES*** Lead end-to-end delivery of technical logistics projects, including system integrations, and platform enhancements* Manage API and EDI integrations between internal systems, shippers, carriers, and 3PL partners* Create and maintain detailed project plans, including technical milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation* Oversee data mapping, transformation logic, and validation for system integrations* Coordinate testing efforts (unit, integration, UAT) and production deployments* Monitor system performance post-launch and drive continuous improvement* Identify technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks; proactively implement mitigation strategies* Ensure proper documentation of workflows, system architecture, and integration points* Facilitate Agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives)## Qualifications* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or equivalent related experience* 5+ years of project management, transportation or 3PL* Maintain thorough knowledge of best practices for data security, cloud security, identity and access management, application security, network security / architecture and cyber resilience.* Industry certifications are desirable* Strong understanding of supply chain operations (dispatch, routing, freight brokerage, fleet operations)* Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS)**Preferred*** PMP, Scrum Master, or Agile certification* Experience with EDI standards and logistics messaging* Experience with SQL, data analysis, or BI tools* Exposure to microservices architecture and event-driven systemsBenefits Summary
