What we are looking for
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field with 2-4 years of full-time experience
Strong experience with
cloud infrastructure (AWS)
and
API design
Skilled in
backend development with Python + FastAPI
0→1 builder mindset – comfortable creating from scratch
Thrive in
fast-paced startup environments
Nice to have
Startup experience leading significant projects
AI expertise: LangChain, RAG, embeddings, multi-step AI agents, agent evals & finetuning
Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
Comfortable working independently and covering a large product surface area

Design and deliver production-grade AI agents
Partner with large enterprises and cutting-edge startups
Work directly with founders on roadmap and strategy
Drive execution in a high-impact role at a YC-backed startup
