Purpose & Objective SAP America, Inc. seeks a Senior Solution Sales Executive at our Newport Beach, CA location responsible for building and maintaining relationships with SAP customers, prospective customers, partners, and fostering customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Responsible for the continuity and expansion of the customer’s ongoing business with SAP.
Drive cloud revenue growth by aligning customer needs with SAP solutions, providing domain expertise, and articulating value to achieve customer outcomes.
Support renewals and expansions, fostering long-term customer relationships and successful solution adoption.
Understand customer business goals and desired outcomes, aligning solutions to customer needs.
Partner with account owners and involved Partners to position value through solution-specific sales motions.
Build a healthy pipeline aligned with customer needs, leveraging Partners to drive booking, retention, and expansion.
Orchestrate and bring domain expertise to support key sales motions, aligning customer expectations between license sales and Partner services.
Articulate the expected value to customers, securing paths to future success and ensuring ongoing success to realize customer lifetime value.
Education & Occupational Experience Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field of study and six (6) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively, a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in the same fields and four (4) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
Qualifications / Skills and Competencies
Experience must include two (2) years involving each of the following: Planning, advising, and overseeing SAP Signavio Implementations (Process Intelligence and Process Manager).
Developing implementation plans, including advising and guiding on SAP LeanIX implementations.
Consulting and sales utilizing SAP’s integrated toolchain (SAP Business Transformation Suite, SAP S/4HANA, Solution Manager, WalkMe, and SAP Data platforms including Tricentis and Syniti).
Creating business value cases using SAP’s Business Transformation Management platforms (SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX).
Advising on, and guiding S/4HANA transformations (both greenfield and brownfield) using SAP Signavio and SAP LeanIX.
Delivering training and enablement on SAP BTM technical components integration strategies (including ETL, APIs, and SAP BTP), SAP Solution Manager integration, and development of custom analytics using SQL or SIGNAL.
Travel Position requires up to 40% domestic and international travel to SAP offices and various, unanticipated customer sites to conduct meetings and implementations.

Compensation Range Transparency The annual base salary range for this position is $140,088–$178,785. The targeted combined range for this position is $233,700–$397,300.
