Overview We are hiring a Senior AI Solutions Architect to design and deploy production-scale, multi-agent AI systems integrated into enterprise workflows.
This is a hands-on role focused on building real systems — not research or proof-of-concepts.
You’ll work on high-impact initiatives across operations, IT, and business functions, delivering AI-driven automation at scale.
What You’ll Do
Design and build multi-agent AI systems for enterprise use cases
Deploy production-grade AI solutions using LLMs and orchestration frameworks
Integrate AI into systems like ERP, CRM, and internal platforms
Architect end-to-end solutions across cloud, APIs, and data layers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI initiatives
Contribute to best practices around AI architecture, scalability, and governance
What We’re Looking For
Experience building and deploying
AI systems in production environments
Hands‑on experience with:
Multi‑agent systems or orchestration frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, etc.)
LLM‑based applications
Strong background in:
Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
API development and system integration
Ability to move between architecture and hands‑on implementation
Experience working in complex, enterprise environments
Nice to Have
Experience building reusable AI platforms or frameworks
Exposure to AI governance, security, or compliance
Experience leading technical initiatives or mentoring teams
What This Role Is Not
Not a research role
Not limited to proof‑of‑concepts
Not purely architecture without hands‑on work
Location & Compensation
Location: Dallas or Houston (relocation support available for strong candidates)
Compensation: $165K–$220K base + potential sign‑on
Employment Type: Open to full‑time or contract‑to‑hire
