You’ll take the lead on residential HVAC sales in White Plains, NY, and nearby areas including Westchester, Putnam, and Fairfield Counties. This is a high-energy role where you'll work directly with homeowners, offer expert guidance, and help them choose smart, energy-efficient comfort solutions.
Respond promptly to inbound inquiries, build rapport, and understand customer needs
Organize and prioritize sales leads (new and existing) for outreach and follow-up
Guide prospective clients through HVAC system options, upgrades, and timelines
Prepare and follow up on tailored proposals in coordination with the Sales Manager
Assist in quote generation and related sales operations processes
Close deals by clearly communicating long-term value and system quality
Assist with inbound service calls when CSRs are unavailable
Make outbound follow-up calls to ensure high-quality customer experience

3+ years of HVAC sales experience
Demonstrated success in closing sales and building rapport with clients
Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Self-starter mindset with a consistent track record of exceeding goals
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
