We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Cosmetology School Supervisor to lead our educational programs in the beauty and wellness industry. This role is essential in ensuring that our students receive high-quality training in various Cosmetology School Programs. The ideal candidate *MUST HOLD A NJ COSMETOLOGY TEACHERS LICENSE FOR A MINIMUM OF 2 YEARS *with a commitment to fostering an engaging learning environment.
*Responsibilities*:
* Supervision and scheduling of all Instructors for coverage
* Ordering and control of all inventory
* Resolve all Student/Teacher issues
* Educate students on best practices in cosmetology while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
* Facilitate classroom instruction for both theoretical and practical components of the curriculum.
* Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to enhance their learning experience.
* Collaborate with other educators to continuously improve course offerings and teaching methodologies.
* Organize workshops and training sessions for professional development of both staff and students.
* Maintain a positive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and participation.
*Experience*
* *A minimum of 2 years Teaching in a NJ Cosmetology School Required*
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly to students of varying skill levels.
* A passion for educating others and a commitment to student success is essential.
* A positive and motivating attitude

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
