Technical Operations Specialist

This role is centered around ensuring seamless implementation of PayByPhone services and providing day-to-day client support.

• Client Support: Manage, triage, and review the central Client Support mailbox throughout the day.
• Ensure timely resolution of client queries within stipulated SLAs.
• Create client user accounts and password resets.
• Coordinate outage communication when needed.
• Send regular reports & KPI reports to clients.

• Implementations: Assist in setting up PBP configurations and coordinating production and installation of relevant signage.
• Ensure thorough testing and sign-off by clients prior to launch.
• Manage PO & Invoicing for client-related charges.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of technical concepts and excellent IT skills.
