Required Technical/Functional Skills
Any CMS – Optimizely, Contentful, Content Stack, Strapi – Any Headless CMS
Good knowledge on IA (Information Architecture – Sitemap, Taxonomy, Interactive Design)
Content Migration – Upgrade, Refresh, Re-platforming experience from Legacy, one version to another, etc.
Content Migration – Knowledge on Migration Tools, AI-based Content & Assets Migration
SEO – Advises on strategies to make content more visible and trustworthy to search engines and users.
Integration – REST API, Groovy Scripts, ETL Process, SPA, PWA, GraphQL Integrations, Product Specific API which integrate with Service layers (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Apigee) for Dynamic Content Management.
Content Management Systems (CMS) – Possesses expert-level knowledge of major CMS platforms such as WordPress, Drupal, and Sitecore. A consultant advises on the best system or a client's needs, oversees its implementation, and trains users.
Web Analytics & Content Analytics – Uses tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Domo to track and analyze the performance of a client's content. Interpreting this data helps inform content strategy and measure the return on investment (ROI) of content initiatives.
