Description Ellsworth Corporation is a global distributor and manufacturer of specialty chemicals and equipment, focusing on adhesive solutions for industries such as cell phone, medical device, space/aerospace, and electric vehicle. We are seeking a CRM Solutions Architect to design and implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions that enhance customer relationship and experience management capabilities. The role collaborates with multiple business units to ensure the CRM system meets business requirements and integrates seamlessly with other IT systems.
Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet organizational needs.
Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement and recommend/design solutions.
Develop customizations and extensions to enhance CRM functionality.
Design and implement integration solutions that connect Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other business applications.
Ensure reliable, secure, and efficient data flows between systems.
Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure CRM data is clean, accurate, and structured.

Qualifications
5+ years of experience in CRM development or a related role.
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Information Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field (other combinations may be considered).
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification preferred.
Proven experience in planning and leading Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and integrations.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite.
Advanced troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills.
Experience in user training and development of training materials.
Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
