Mobile Maintenance Engineer
to support the delivery of
planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of commercial sites in the South East . This is a hands-on role where youll play a key part in keeping buildings safe, compliant and fully operational
while delivering a high-quality service to clients and end users. If you enjoy
fault-finding, problem-solving, and working in a professional, team-driven environment , this is a role where you can really make an impact. The Role
Youll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across multiple sites, taking ownership of your region and managing your own workload. Day to day, you will: Deliver
PPM and reactive maintenance
across building services systems
Fault-find across
HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, pumps, motors and associated plant
Support
electrical systems
including lighting, small power and emergency lighting
Carry out
basic mechanical and plumbing tasks
Sprachkenntnisse
