Kline Galland is a recognized leader in exceptional senior care. For over a century, we’ve been committed to improving the quality of life for our patients—and we’re looking for a compassionate Physical Therapist to join our in-house rehab team.
This is a full-time position (30–32 hours/week, 4 days/week) and the opportunity to work in a collaborative, mission-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide physical therapy services in accordance with a physician’s written plan of care.
Assess and evaluate patients’ therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status.
Evaluate home environments and determine rehab potential.
Direct physical therapy treatment and instruct patients, families, and caregivers in therapeutic techniques.
Monitor and report patient progress and reactions to treatment.
Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and discharge planning.
Prepare and submit clinical and progress summaries.
Provide consultation and in-service education as needed.
Current Physical Therapy license in the State of Washington.
Current CPR certification preferred.
Ability to safely transfer and transport patients using proper body mechanics.
Strong documentation and computer skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient-focused, dependable, and self-directed.
