We're seeking driven, high-energy individuals to join our Entry Level Sales Team (full-time). No prior experience is necessary! You must have personal and reliable transportation. We provide comprehensive, paid training designed to build your sales, communication, and leadership skills. What You'll Do:
* Conduct door-to-door canvassing in designated neighborhoods to engage with homeowners to discuss their roofing needs. * Communicate the benefits of our free, no-obligation roof inspections and quotes to improve their home's value and protection. * Set inspection appointments for our Sales Reps. * Develop your expertise with hands-on training that develops top-tier communication and sales skills. * Track and report daily activities and appointments set. * Collaborate with team members and management to achieve overall sales goals. * Compete in fun challenges with your team while earning bonuses and incentives!
What We're Looking For:

Compensation & Benefits:
* $25k Base Salary + Uncapped Commissions.
