As the face of our brand, you will assist customers in both English and another language, offering top-tier service while promoting mobile devices, plans, and accessories. Key responsibilities Connect with customers to assess needs and recommend tailored solutions Promote and sell Metro by T-Mobile products and services confidently Conduct engaging product demonstrations highlighting features and value Process payments and handle cash accurately Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked sales floor Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction and loyalty Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily and monthly sales targets Bilingual in English + Spanish Spanish preferred Strong communication skills Sales or customer service experience a plus Required qualifications:
