Role Description Drive the next phase of growth by being the engine of the sales pipeline, acting as the first point of contact for leaders in the home health industry. You will be selling a solution that restores work-life balance to nurses and therapists.
Responsibilities
High-volume outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
Lead discovery calls to identify pain points and qualify leads.
Manage and maintain data hygiene in HubSpot.
Partner with founders to refine sales strategies.
Articulate the ROI of the AI platform to healthcare executives.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience exceeding quotas in a BDR/SDR role (preferably in SaaS or startup).
Resilient and thrives in outbound sales.
Genuinely interested in AI transforming healthcare.
Coachability and a fast learner.
Comfortable with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tools.
