The Opportunity You'll be joining a highly regarded consultancy known for delivering
high-quality residential and urban development schemes , including:
Large-scale housing developments
Build-to-rent schemes
Mixed-use and regeneration projects
Masterplanned communities
Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll gain exposure to projects from
early feasibility and planning stages through to detailed design and construction delivery , developing both your technical and professional skillset.

The Role As a
Graduate / Civil Engineer , you'll support the design and delivery of infrastructure packages across a variety of development projects.
Responsibilities will include:
Assisting in the design of
highways and drainage infrastructure
for residential developments
Supporting
surface water and foul drainage design , including SuDS principles
Assisting with
site levels, earthworks and external works design
Producing technical drawings and design information using industry-standard software
Supporting the preparation of reports and technical documentation for planning and approvals
Working closely with senior engineers, architects, and external consultants
Contributing to projects from
concept design through to detailed design stages
Learning and applying UK design standards and approval processes
What We're Looking For To be considered, you should have:
A
degree in Civil Engineering (BEng or MEng)
Up to
2 years' experience
in civil engineering or development infrastructure design (including placements)
An interest in
highways, drainage and residential development projects
Familiarity with software such as:
Civil 3D
(preferred)
MicroDrainage / InfoDrainage
(desirable)
Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
A proactive and motivated approach to developing your engineering career
