Inside Sales Coordinator (Industrial Parts & Service)
HIRING! Inside Sales Coordinator (Industrial Parts & Service)! UNCAPPED COMMISSION AND GROWTH POTENTIAL! We're hiring an Inside Sales Coordinator to support customers with parts and service sales, order coordination, and issue resolution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys fast-paced inbound customer support, quoting and closing parts/service needs, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure accurate, on-time delivery. UNCAPPED COMMISSION AND GROWTH POTENTIAL! What you'll do: Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone/email/chat and provide clear, customer-focused solutions Research, identify, quote, and sell parts and service; proactively up-sell/cross-sell complementary items Manage complex or unusual customer requests by researching and partnering with internal teams Coordinate with manufacturing, logistics, and other departments to support timely order fulfillment and delivery Process order entry, invoicing, purchase orders, and maintain accurate documentation in ERP systems Capture customer feedback and share insights to improve service and sales processes Top skills: Customer Service Inside Sales Parts/Service Sales Dispatch/Coordination Data Entry Invoicing Logistics/Purchase Orders Microsoft Office/ERP (SAP preferred; Syteline 10 a plus) Experience in industrial services/manufacturing environments; familiarity with electrical/mechanical parts, troubleshooting, repair concepts. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of WILSONVILLE, OR. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
