Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end IT projects by defining scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success criteria while ensuring alignment with business strategy.
Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements through stakeholder interviews, workshops, process mapping, and use cases.
Manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and vendor deliverables to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery.
Facilitate communication between business units, technical teams, and leadership while providing regular status reporting and executive updates.
Qualifications
Proven experience leading application modernization or enterprise technology initiatives across business process, web-based, or reporting environments.
Strong background in business analysis, including requirements gathering, UML/process flows, use cases, and feasibility assessments.
Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, work breakdown structures, budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation strategies. Salary:
