Minimum 2 years of experience in financial reporting, audit (internal or external), or professional services. Proficient in MS Excel, including financial and data functions, with the ability to analyze and present complex information clearly. Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial standards, and regulatory compliance, with a commitment to accuracy and transparency. Hands-on experience with financial analysis tools and accounting software, and a willingness to learn new technologies to improve efficiency. Communicate effectively and collaboratively with internal teams and external partners, building strong relationships to achieve shared goals. Think strategically and analytically, transforming financial data into actionable insights that support informed decision-making. Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
