Reporting Line:
Sales Operations Manager Job Summary: Support the sales organization by assisting with data analysis, process optimization and administrative tasks.
This internship provides hands on experience in sales strategy execution, CRM systems and cross functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
Assist in maintaining and updating sales data in Salesforce Support and help maintain documentation and processes for Direct Sales Force and Sales Operations Help streamline sales processes, documentation and workflows Collaborate cross functionally with operational initiatives Assist the Sales Operations team with lead distribution and tracking Participate in projects and continues improvement initiatives as assigned Collaborate with other departments to learn about their roles and responsibilities to understand how the organization works as a whole
Required Qualifications and Skills
Analytical and problem solving skills 1-3 years business experience preferred Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred but not required) High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Strong written and verbal communication skills Self-starter with a willingness to learn and take initiative Team player Ability to work remotely maintaining productivity and engagement Looking for candidates that possess a basic awareness of
Artificial Intelligence
technologies and are enthusiastic about learning and integrating AI into everyday business processes.
