Real HVAC Services is seeking an experienced *Commercial Construction Plumber* to join our growing mechanical team!
*Responsibilities:*
* Read and interpret blueprints and plumbing/mechanical drawings
* Perform *underground, rough-in, and top-out* on commercial job sites
* Install cast iron, PVC, copper, gas piping, hangers, and supports *from prints*
* Perform *above-ground and in-wall piping* according to prints and code
* Work on active construction sites coordinating with other trades
* Follow OSHA and job site safety requirements
* Participate in inspections and quality control checks
* Maintain tools, equipment, and a safe work environment
* Participate in company provided training opportunities on latest industry technologies.
*Qualifications:*
* Commercial Plumbing: 2 Years minimum experience required
* Valid Driver's License (Required)
* Journeyman License or equivalent (Preferred)
* OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 (preferred)
* Familiarity with commercial code requirements
