This business designs, manufactures, and sells its own physical product direct-to-consumer, operating one of the most automated factories in the US. With $100M+ in revenue and a deeply technical leadership team, data sits at the heart of every decision across manufacturing, supply chain, ecommerce and marketing.
They’re now hiring a
Senior Analytics Engineer
to help scale and stabilise a modern analytics platform spanning factory systems, supply chain data, and commercial performance.
What you’ll be doing
Designing and building core data models using
dbt
and
SQL
Migrating and centralising data into
BigQuery
Building trusted datasets and dashboards in
Looker
Scaling ETL pipelines using
Airbyte
and Python
Working closely with operations, supply chain and commercial teams
Helping define data standards, testing and governance in a greenfield environment
Tech stack (you’ll need 2 of 3)
dbt (required)
BigQuery

What they’re looking for
4+ years experience in analytics engineering / advanced analytics or engineering
Strong SQL and data modelling skills (DBT, BigQuery, Looker)
Scrappy mindset with experience bulding things in ambiguous environments
Experience supporting manufacturing, supply chain or operations data
Background in a startup, scale-up or scrappy environment
Comfortable owning problems end-to-end with minimal process
Remote with semi-frequent office days
Office in the suburbs of Indianapolis
Factory site in Seymour, IN (occasional visits)
Candidates must be Midwest-based or within driving distance
