Responsibilities
Oversee large‑scale IT projects, managing schedules, budgets, and resource allocations while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.
Conduct risk assessments, create detailed project plans, and deliver strategic initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
Communicate with stakeholders and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Core Qualifications
Minimum 10 years' experience as an IT Project Manager with a proven track record of managing complex IT projects from initiation to completion.
Ability to lead and hold others accountable, building strong team dynamics.
Expertise in OEM (Dell, Cisco, Broadcom, Microsoft, VMWare) IT project delivery, including system integration and enterprise IT solutions.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Well‑honed analytical skills for problem‑solving, critical thinking, and risk assessment.
Current PMP certification.
Agile, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, ITIL4 certifications, or equivalent knowledge of project management tools and methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience running Managed Service Provider (MSP) onboarding projects.
Experience in AI technologies design, build, delivery, and project management.
Experience in hybrid work environments and ability to balance remote and on-site responsibilities.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
