Role Description We are seeking a passionate, efficient, and highly creative individual to join the Graphics Team at Cosabella. This candidate must have proven experience in the fashion or cosmetic industry, with a strong understanding of both traditional design and emerging digital tools. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to problem‑solving and exceptional time management and communication skills.
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for organizing and executing the creation of digital and print content across both B2C and B2B channels.
Responsibilities
Design and produce creative assets across digital, print, and e-commerce, including campaigns, packaging, email, web, and sales materials.
Create and optimize e-commerce imagery and video, including photography, short‑form video, and social‑first content for platforms like Instagram and TikTok.
Develop high‑performing assets for paid digital marketing, including motion and performance‑driven creatives.
Utilize AI tools to enhance design workflows, from image generation and retouching to content iteration.
Maintain and evolve visual brand standards, ensuring consistency, quality, and a cohesive aesthetic across all touchpoints.
Partner cross‑functionally with marketing, e-commerce, social, and external vendors to execute campaigns and initiatives.
Contribute creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and brand storytelling, informed by current design, social, and AI trends.
Track, organize, and manage digital assets (including lookbooks, image flats, and campaign files) for accessibility and scalability.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing timelines and delivering high‑quality work on schedule.
Perform additional duties as needed; e-commerce experience is preferred.
This is a hybrid role: 3 days in‑office and 2 days remote. Candidates must be based in or near Miami, FL (West Kendall).

Qualifications
4+ years of graphic design experience (fashion/beauty/luxury required).
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; video editing tools a plus.
Experience with social media content creation and optimization.
Familiarity with AI design tools and emerging technologies.
Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
Experience with e‑commerce (Shopify a plus) and email marketing.
Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and collaborative.
