No ecommerce experience needed, full training provided. What youll be doing
Acting as the go-to contact for Webshop queries and support Running demos and training sessions for customers and internal teams Troubleshooting issues and guiding users through solutions Maintaining accurate product data across multiple systems Monitoring data feeds and resolving issues early Creating clear documentation and improving internal processes Managing tickets and supporting testing and releases Working closely with Sales, Customer Success, and technical teams What theyre looking for
