We are partnering with one of our growing clients to identify a motivated and relationship-driven Sales Representative. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working independently, connecting with customers, and building a strong pipeline of opportunities in a high-demand industry. This position begins on our payroll at an hourly rate and transitions to a full commission structure once hired directly by our client
offering significant earning potential. Schedule: Monday
Friday, 8:00 AM
5:00 PM Starting Pay: $17/hour (while on our payroll) Transition: Opportunity to move onto the client's payroll with a commission-based structure Projected Commission Earnings: $70,000
$150,000+ annually Prospect and generate new leads through warm leads, referrals, canvassing, networking, and appointment setting Conduct roof inspections to assess needs and document findings Educate homeowners and/or commercial clients on repair or replacement options Guide customers through the process, including insurance claims when applicable Prepare accurate estimates and proposals outlining materials, timelines, pricing, and value Present solutions and close sales agreements Maintain communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle Track all interactions, leads, and pipeline activity in CRM systems Build long-term relationships that generate referrals and repeat opportunities Strong communication and negotiation skills Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset Comfortable working toward performance-based compensation Ability to build rapport and trust with customers Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required Roofing or construction knowledge is helpful but not required Training is provided The ideal candidate is driven, confident, and comfortable working in a customer-facing environment.
