Key Responsibilities
Work on EOP workloads and support the team in reducing EOP workload lead time.
Understand manual review workload and policies.
Handle claim adjustments for EOP services and maintain general claims knowledge.
Develop project plans—define scope, organize, plan, and coordinate assignments.
Conduct research, analyze data, and troubleshoot issues.
Supplemental Information
This position may be hybrid of in‑office and remote work days; eligibility for remote work is subject to agency management discretion.
Effective July 1 2021, Utah employees must reside in Utah or be relocating to Utah within 30 days of start date.
Offer contingent on successful DHHS background check.
Workplace hazards include normal office setting risks; observe fire regulations and safe use of equipment.
Qualifications Minimum / Day‑one Qualifications:
Knowledge/experience with Medicaid policy and claims processing.
Attention to detail and strong interpersonal skills.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred or Trainable Qualifications:
PRISM, DMP, PEGA knowledge and general Medicaid policy.
