Someone who has a passion to join an amazing float pool healthcare team and a desire to travel and experience different diverse facilities. We have 6 long term care facilities that have amazing residents and staff that are thriving and strive to give the best care and quality of life to their residents. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care in a long term care setting. This role requires strong clinical skills, the ability to work with diverse populations, and a commitment to patient education and advocacy. The Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, providing patient care, and following physicians orders. *Responsibilities*
* Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' health status and needs.
* Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, including catheterization when necessary.
* Monitor patients' progress and respond to changes in their condition.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management and wellness.
* Maintain accurate patient records using electronic health systems such as.
* Advocate for patients with disabilities, ensuring they receive appropriate care and support.

* Valid Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
