Smartify Media is searching for a self-motivated, experienced, adaptable problem solver to join our fast-growing small business based in Miami, Florida. This person will manage, build and maintain our digital signage hardware platform within some of the most popular real estate venues within the US markets.
The primary focus for this role will be performing Project management assignments. In addition, you will also take part in conference calls, schedule assignments, participate in strategy sessions, and communicatie directly with the CEO and COO. You will make a real difference as a valued part of the Smartify Media Team and will manage a cutting-edge digital network with huge potential. *Responsibilities and Duties*
*Job Responsibilities:*
* Schedule and manage all digital display deployments
* Coordinate logistics with vendors
* Perform service calls with onsite technicians
* Perform site visits to make sure the network is functioning properly
* Complete all assignments within the timeframe offered
* Provide a high degree of client service
* Ensure compliance as directed by Smartify Media management
* Ensure all field information is organized and provided to the Smartify Media Team
* Ensure all questions, issues, action-items for the site have been fulfilled prior to leaving site
* Communicate with Smartify Media Team about what is happening in the market, new signage, new potential locations, retail changes, etc.
* Work with multiple sign installers and vendors
* Working with our Network Analysts to assess health of network
* Manage logistics of hardware
*Qualifications and Skills*

*Required Qualifications:*

* One to Three years’ experience in one of the related fields:
* Project management
* Logistics
* Highly organized
* Possess superior communication and customer service skills both written and verbal
* Excellent time-management
* Project a professional image of themselves and Smartify Media
* Reliable automobile and proof of automobile insurance
*Physical Demands:*
* Traveling short and long distances
* Traveling Overnight
* Lifting Digital displays
*Work Environments:*
* Retail Store Environments: during business hours and non-business hours
* Commercial and Real Estate Environments: during business hours
* Working from home in front of computer
* Working In office
*Compensation: *Full-Time Salary Position; plus, mileage reimbursement and annual productivity bonuses.
