You should be hardworking, determined, and reliable—someone who thrives on getting things done and is always looking for ways to enhance our brand standards. Making our guests smile is at the heart of what we do, and you’ll ensure this by keeping guests at the center of all operational decisions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Resource planning, recruitment, and selection to build the best team.
• Monitoring guest experiences and developing action plans for continuous improvement.
• Managing food cost budgets through effective menu planning and cooking to standards.
• Ensuring compliance with food hygiene standards and health and safety regulations.

We’re looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and fun-loving candidates who understand the value they bring to the guest experience by unlocking the potential of their team. A Level 3 Food Safety qualification is essential, and you should be confident in leading a team to maintain high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
