The RoleAre you a motivated and passionate Therapist or a therapy training social worker? If so, we want you to help us deliver high-quality therapy services and enhance our therapeutic offerings!
As an Associate Therapist , you will:
- Support the development of a nurturing therapeutic environment for looked-after children and young people.
- Provide consultation sessions to foster parents, helping them navigate specific challenges.
- Collaborate with internal staff to address issues related to actual or potential placements.
- Liaise with external local authorities, social workers, and schools to ensure comprehensive support.
- Build strong relationships with new foster parents through engaging sessions and groups during their first year.
- Facilitate workshops for staff to promote reflective therapeutic practice and ongoing learning.

What We’re Looking ForTo thrive in this role, you should have:
- Experience working within a fostering service or a similar environment (highly beneficial).
- Strong administrative skills and an understanding of regulatory policies and processes.
- The ability to work effectively within a fast-paced team.
