Technical Business Analyst

Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
Utilize Power BI to create interactive dashboards and reports that provide insights into business performance.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions.
Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
Work closely with IT and development teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions.
Provide training and support to end users on Power BI tools and reports.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions and recommend enhancements.
Mandatory Skills:
Must have Knowledge on REST APIs, postman, and have some technical knowledge to understand the dev changes needed .
Candidate should have the Java, microservices understanding and basic Java skill set
QA Experience, Defect Analysis and checking logs.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with other data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Qlik).
Knowledge of business process modeling and improvement methodologies.
Experience in Agile project management methodologies.
Understanding of industry specific regulations and compliance standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
7 10 years of experience in business analysis or a related role.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI PBA) are a plus.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
