*Role:*
The Digital Product Executive plays a key role in supporting the Digital and IT teams in delivering a functional, customer-focused product roadmap for our eCommerce and Digital brands.
This role bridges business needs and technical execution, ensuring that new digital functionality, features and improvements are effectively scoped, tested, and delivered to enhance the online customer experience and drive both product and commercial performance.
Reporting directly to the Senior Product Owner, you’ll work within a small, close-knit team to ensure our eCommerce solutions meet business goals and create a seamless customer journey.
*Key Responsibilities:*
Requirements Gathering & Scoping
* Work with stakeholders to gather, document, and refine business and functional requirements
* Translate business needs into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
* Support scoping of new features, ensuring feasibility and alignment with technical capabilities
Delivery & Implementation
* Work with Project and QA team to support end-to-end delivery of new functionality from concept through to launch
* Assist in release planning, deployment coordination, and post-release monitoring
* Work with Project and QA team to ensure smooth rollouts with minimal disruption to the customer experience
Performance & Optimisation
* Monitor product performance using analytics tools
* Support ongoing optimisation initiatives based on user behaviour, feedback, and KPIs
* Contribute ideas for improving conversion, usability, and overall digital experience
Product Delivery & Roadmap Support
* Assist Project Manager and Product Owners in the execution of the digital product roadmap in alignment with business goals
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Digital, IT, UX, Marketing, and Commercial) to deliver new features and enhancements
Testing & Quality Assurance
* Coordinate and execute user acceptance testing (UAT) for new developments
* Identify bugs, issues, and areas for improvement, working closely with developers to resolve them
* Ensure all releases meet quality standards and provide a seamless user experience
*Professional Requirements:*
Proven Experience: Previous tenure within a technical support or helpdesk capacity; familiarity with ticket-based workflows.
Technical Literacy: Broad knowledge of modern operating systems, cloud-based productivity suites, and basic networking principles.
Telephony & HR Systems: Foundational understanding of VoIP platforms and business software administration.
Coordination: Ability to manage physical logistics alongside digital support tasks; efficiency in handling desk moves and hardware deployments.
Communication: Capacity to interface effectively with both local employees and remote technical teams.
Physical Requirements: Ability to perform manual handling tasks associated with IT equipment, including the installation of hardware under desks and the transport of server-room assets.
*Key Skills & Experience*
* Experience in a digital product, eCommerce, or IT delivery role
* Understanding of eCommerce platforms and digital customer journeys
* Experience with requirements gathering and writing user stories
* Familiarity with Agile methodologies
* Experience with testing processes, procedures and methodologies
* Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
*Desirable Skills*
* Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar
* Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, APIs)
* Working knowledge of analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
