As an Assistant Gym Manager, you will play a vital role in enhancing member experience and developing your team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering an outstanding member experience through a focus on service and standards, alongside the Gym Manager.
• Supporting the Gym Manager in attracting new members through outreach and community events.
• Leading the team: recruiting, developing talent, training, and supervising Personal Trainers, Fitness Coaches, and Gym Instructors.
• Providing ongoing training and professional development opportunities for fitness staff.
• Managing and improving the Group Exercise (GEX) offerings within the gym.

You will be instrumental in creating a fantastic environment for both your team and gym members. As an Assistant Gym Manager at PureGym, you will support the Gym Manager in leading a team of fitness professionals, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and contributing to the growth and retention of our membership base.
