  • Position: Nursery Practitioner
  • Salary: £28,038.40 per annum
  • Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

Your Role as a Nursery Practitioner

As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:

  • Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high-quality care and education in a nurturing environment.
  • Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities that cater to each child’s unique learning and development needs.
  • Collaborate as a professional team member, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn new skills.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
  • Follow risk assessments diligently and report any health and safety matters to management.
  • Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You’ll Need

To thrive in this role, you will need:

  • A full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
  • Fluency in written and spoken English (essential)
  • Over 1 year of experience working in Early Years (desirable)
  • Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable)
