As a Nursery Practitioner, you will:
- Ensure each child’s individual needs are met, delivering high-quality care and education in a safe environment.
- Observe, assess, and plan engaging early years activities tailored to each child's learning and development.
- Collaborate with a professional team, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and applied.
- Follow risk assessments diligently and report health and safety matters to management.
- Support the holistic development of children, including their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional growth.

What You Need to SucceedTo thrive in this role, you will need:
- Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification (essential)
- Fluency in written and spoken English (essential)
- Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years (desirable)
- Knowledge of the Statutory Framework for the EYFS and regulatory requirements (desirable)
