What We Are Looking ForAre you a motivated and organized individual with a passion for HR? We are seeking a Recruitment Coordinator to be a vital link between our hiring managers and candidates. Reporting to the Recruitment Manager, you will support the entire recruitment lifecycle, from advertising vacancies to onboarding successful candidates.
Your Role Will Include:- Developing a strong understanding of Polaris brands, including their purpose and culture.
- Taking ownership of vacancy adverts: drafting, posting, and monitoring applications.
- Reviewing applications, screening candidates, and creating shortlists for hiring managers.
- Sourcing candidates directly and liaising with them via phone and email.
- Coordinating interviews and ensuring hiring managers have all necessary documentation.
- Providing interview feedback to candidates and maintaining excellent customer service.
- Completing administrative duties related to recruitment and onboarding.
We are looking for someone who possesses:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- The ability to work collaboratively and manage your own workload.
- Experience with the full Microsoft Office suite.
- Previous experience in a recruitment or HR role (advantageous).
- Knowledge of children's residential homes (advantageous).
