Project Manager
to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our playground equipment sales, installation, and service operations through IT solutions and data insights. What You'll Do:
Project Management:
Oversee technology-driven projects that enhance sales, logistics, and customer service operations. Data Analysis:
Collect, analyze, and interpret sales, inventory, and project management data to drive strategic decision-making. Systems Optimization:
Work with internal teams to refine CRM, ERP, and other business systems for improved functionality and reporting. Process Improvement:
Identify bottlenecks in project workflows and implement solutions to streamline efficiency. IT Collaboration:
Partner with developers and IT vendors to customize and integrate software solutions that align with business needs. Stakeholder Coordination:
Liaise with sales, operations, and leadership to ensure data-backed strategies are implemented effectively. What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in
project management , preferably in an IT, operations, or data-driven role. Strong background in
data analysis , reporting tools, and visualization (Excel, Power BI, SQL, or similar). Familiarity with
CRM, ERP, and other business software systems -experience with integrations is a plus. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies. Strong communication and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams. Experience in the
construction, playground, or B2B sales industry
is a bonus but not required.
