* Proven kitchen experience with leadership responsibilities
* Strong accountability and ability to lead by example
* Ability to take direction and execute at a high level
* Excellent organization, communication, and time management
* Passion for food quality, consistency, and team development
*Responsibilities: *
* Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
* Lead and mentor kitchen staff
* Maintain food quality, consistency, and sanitation standards
* Assist with ordering, prep planning, and service execution
* Help build a positive and efficient kitchen culture
