Job Summary Description:
Data Analyst with 35 years of hands on Power BI experience to support the development of advanced, unified business dashboards. This role is highly focused on Power BI modeling, DAX, and time based performance analytics, with an Client on reducing manual reporting and enabling a single source of truth across multiple initiatives.
What youll do
Design, Build and consolidate Power BI dashboards consolidating data from multiple projects into a single, unified view
Develop advanced DAX measures, including Year over Year, Month over Month, YTD, growth rates, and time intelligence calculations
Perform data modeling and source consolidation, replacing manual CSV based and databricks tables workflows with scalable datasets
Standardize KPIs and metrics to ensure consistent reporting across dashboards
Partner closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable insights
Optimize dashboards for performance, refresh efficiency, and long term maintainability
What were looking for
35 years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Analyst
Strong expertise in Power BI, including data modeling and complex DAX
Experience building dashboards used for ongoing business reviews and performance tracking
SQL experience and familiarity with Databricks or curated datasets is a plus
Ability to ramp up quickly and deliver independently
