Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced dining environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills, a passion for the food industry, and the ability to create memorable dining experiences for our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service, ensuring guest satisfaction, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or Micros POS systems.
• Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and upselling opportunities.
• Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of presentation.
• Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and food preparation.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations.
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting them for new guests as needed.
• Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and providing change.
• Foster strong guest relations by creating a welcoming atmosphere and anticipating guest needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred, with fine dining experience being a plus.
• Familiarity with Aloha POS, Micros POS, or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude toward customer service.
• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately.
• Knowledge of food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential.
• Culinary experience or kitchen knowledge is beneficial but not required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $ $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
