We’re looking for a Business Development Representative to help expand Flooret’s retail footprint across the country. This is not an account management role—you’ll be on the front lines identifying, engaging, and onboarding new retail partners who will drive the next phase of our growth.

What You’ll Do
Build from zero:
Identify, prospect, and onboard new independent flooring retailers
Drive growth:
Expand our dealer network and hit ambitious sales targets
Own your accounts:
Serve as the primary point of contact and product expert
Promote with purpose:
Help partners successfully sell Flooret products and strengthen brand presence
Collaborate cross-functionally:
Work closely with Sales Ops, Marketing, CX, and Logistics to deliver a seamless partner experience
Stay informed:
Track market trends, competitor activity, and product performance
Execute with discipline:
Manage your pipeline and performance using CRM tools and reporting systems
What You Bring
2+ years of experience in flooring, building materials, or home improvement sales (dealer/retail channel preferred)
Proven success in B2B sales and new account development
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A highly organized, self-motivated approach—you know how to get things done
Comfort selling virtually and managing a remote pipeline
Willingness to commute to our DFW-area office
Experience with CRM tools and standard business software
