Energetic, supportive, and collaborative working environment Continuous employee development, coaching, and training Work-life balance WHAT YOU'LL DO: GENERAL SUMMARY: The Business Analyst supports the companys operational and product-driven decision-making by analyzing performance data, identifying trends, and building models that enable accurate forecasting and business planning. This role bridges operational and technical functions; translating data from Sales, Client Success, and Negotiations into actionable insights and collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to optimize analytics systems, dashboards, and forecasting tools. The position requires advanced analytical skills, data literacy, and a strong understanding of business operations to support cross-departmental forecasting and reporting needs. Data Analysis & Business Insights
Collect, analyze, and interpret data from Sales, Client Success, Negotiations, and other operational sources. Create dashboards and reports that monitor KPIs, trends, and forecasting accuracy across business units. Support forecasting models that project operational performance, capacity, and resource planning needs. Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner with operational leaders, Finance, and Product teams to translate data into actionable business strategies. Collaborate with Product & Engineering to improve analytics platforms, automation workflows, and data pipelines. Present findings and recommendations clearly to non-technical stakeholders and leadership teams. Reporting & Data Systems
Design and maintain visual dashboards using Tableau and PowerBI for key operational and forecasting metrics. Extract, transform, and query data using SQL and Snowflake to ensure accuracy and consistency in reporting. Forecasting & Operational Support
Contribute to forecasting processes in partnership with leadership and analytics teams. Identify performance trends and risks that may affect business objectives or production targets. Provide regular data-driven recommendations for improving operational efficiency and performance. Other Responsibilities
Maintain documentation for analytics processes, reports, and data sources. Participate in department meetings and support ad hoc data projects as assigned by the Senior Director of Data & Analytics. Knowledge and Experience Bachelors degree in Business, Data Analytics, Economics, or related field required. 35 years of experience in business analysis, operations analytics, or related field. Proficiency in Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, Snowflake Experience with data modeling, forecasting, and performance reporting. Understanding of operational metrics for Sales, Client Success, and Negotiations preferred. Skills and Abilities Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to translate data insights into clear business recommendations. Skilled in building and maintaining dashboards and performance reports. Comfortable working across multiple teams and data systems simultaneously. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. ADDITIONAL PERKS & BENEFITS:
