Physical Therapist

As a Physical Therapist with PruittHealth, you will play a key role in helping patients regain function, independence, and quality of life through compassionate, evidence-based rehabilitation services. Working within the Healthcare & Medical Services department, you will evaluate patients with a variety of diagnoses, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver skilled physical therapy interventions focused on mobility, strength, balance, pain management, and functional training. You will complete thorough assessments, set measurable goals in collaboration with patients, families, and the interdisciplinary care team, and regularly reassess progress to adjust plans of care. Your daily work will include therapeutic exercises, gait and transfer training, neuromuscular re-education, balance and fall-prevention programs, patient and caregiver education, and discharge planning to ensure safe transitions across care settings.
