Physical Therapist Assistant

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Healthcare & Medical Services team. As a key member of our clinician-owned and operated practice, you will work under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to an older adult population. You will provide hands-on therapeutic interventions designed to improve strength, balance, mobility, and overall functional independence, helping patients maximize safety and quality of life in their preferred setting. In this role, you will implement individualized treatment plans, lead therapeutic exercise and balance training sessions, assist with gait and transfer training, and instruct patients in the proper use of assistive devices and adaptive equipment. You will monitor patient progress, accurately document treatments and outcomes in the electronic medical record, and communicate observations and clinical changes to the supervising Physical Therapist and the broader care team. Patient and family education will be a central part of your work, ensuring that home exercise programs and safety recommendations are clearly understood and followed. You will collaborate closely with other rehabilitation and healthcare professionals in a dynamic, patient-centered environment that values clinical excellence, respect, and professional growth.
