Sales Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Act as a point of contact for customers, honing strong and trusting relationships that generate repeat business

  • Regularly liaise with existing customers to offer promotions and proactively increase account profit by taking advantage of upsell and cross-sell opportunities

  • Generate new business and increased sales by performing outbound calls to existing customers to understand their current and future needs and by undertaking a range of marketing activities

  • Follow up on outstanding queries and quotes to successfully close sales

  • Working in collaboration with the Area Sales Manager, offering hands-on sales support and arranging customer visits

  • Handle sales administration tasks, which include processing orders, handling customer enquiries, and resolving issues related to the sale

  • Maintain the CRM system with customer information, ensuring all information is updated

Sales Coordinator Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Customer-focused, with strong experience gained in a sales role, either as a Sales Executive, Sales Coordinator, or Sales Administrator

  • Proven track record of working within a target-driven environment and is successful in meeting and exceeding targets

  • Enjoys generating sales by understanding customer requirements and identifying opportunities

  • Excellent administration skills works with accuracy and has a strong attention to detail

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and foster close-knit relationships

  • IT literate, skilled user of CRM systems and MS Office
