Über
Working collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team of physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and case managers, you will perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations, set measurable goals, and implement treatment programs that may include therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, gait and balance training, neuromuscular re-education, and patient and family education. You will regularly reassess patient progress, modify treatment plans as needed, and ensure timely, accurate documentation in the electronic medical record.
As part of LifeBridge Health’s culture of collaboration, innovation, and community engagement, you will contribute to safe, compassionate patient care and support continuous improvement in clinical outcomes. You will educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, fall prevention, safe mobility techniques, and strategies to promote long-term health and wellness. You may provide services in inpatient, outpatient, or other care settings depending on organizational needs, with flexibility in scheduling typical of a PRN position.
