RN- Float Pool - Part Time - Days

• Up to $10,000 RN Sign-On Bonus
• Stay Premium Program — Earn up to $8/hour extra based on Mercy tenure
• Special Float Pool Pay Differentials:
  • + $5.00/hr for RNs without ICU experience
  • + $7.50/hr for RNs with ICU experience
• Shift Differentials (Evening/Night)
• Weekend Option Differential — $20/hr RN
• Student Loan Forgiveness — Up to $20,000 for new grad nurses
• Tuition Reimbursement — Up to $2,000 per year
• Base Hourly Rate + All Applicable Differentials

• Emergency Department
• ICU
• Cardiac Telemetry
• Medical-Surgical - (Adults)
• Medical-Surgical - (Adults & Peds)

• Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program
• Licensure: Active RN license in Missouri or compact license (must meet state board requirements)
• Experience: 1+ year RN experience preferred
• Certifications:
  • BLS (Basic Life Support) – Required within 30 days of hire
  • Depending on assignment, may also require:
    • ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
    • PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
• Physical Requirements:
  • Able to push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs regularly
  • Requires standing, walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, and squatting throughout shifts
